At Studio Collective, we bring communities together with partners to shape the places they share. Founded in 2012, our award-winning urban design studio combines research with design to drive change and create meaningful impact.
The best places emerge when people have real choice. Design should enable, not impose. That is why we place communities at the heart of every project, working closely with councils, landowners, developers, and local groups.

At Orchard Farm in Kent, self-build is creating resilient, landscape-led communities. In Southwark, Small Plots, Big Change transforms underused land into affordable micro-plots, giving residents the power to build their own homes and drive long-term change.
